We do not accept returns. This is due to most of our products being hand made and/or made to order. Exchanges will be determined on a case by case basis.
If in the event an exchange is granted, please note that we do not cover return shipping costs or new shipping to costs and are able to offer store credit only.
Please be confident and choose carefully when making your purchase.

LOST PACKAGES
Shop Ever After is not responsible for goods damaged, delayed or lost while in transit. Should you believe a parcel is lost or has gone missing, please contact United States Postal Service. Should you wish to purchase insurance on your package, please email xshopeverafter@gmail.com before placing a purchase.
